Description:
Homsar, also known as "the captain of the gravy train" or "a friendly reminder", and rumored to be raised by a cup of coffee, was first introduced in the Strong Bad's Email "Homsar", as a result of a misspelling of a fan. Since then he's been one of the most loved and favorite major minor characters of the Free Country, USA.

Due to his enigmatic way, converting him to MUGEN is no easy job. However, it does bring some interesting new ways to create this character, as well as playing with this character. Most of his attacks, if not all, come from helpers, which are mostly just his bowler hat. He also has a floaty movement, which can both cause nausia and annoyance, either because he's completely underpowered, or extremely broken. Nevertheless, it will be a unique experience to play with him.
